Instant Kiwi plays a critical role within Lotto New Zealand’s retail network - it’s the most visible product at point of sale and the only one customers can instantly interact with.
My role was to lead the design and creative direction of Scratchies campaigns, creating bold, highly legible assets that stop people in-store, communicate quickly, and drive conversion. Each ticket has its own personality, which I translated across the full suite of POS materials to ensure consistency, clarity and impact across retail environments.
