Global eCommerce Platforms
As part of the founding creative team within the A.S. Watson eLab hub in London, I helped establish a centralised in-house digital and creative function supporting the Group’s global luxury health and beauty brands.
My role focused on evolving the design and user experience of luxury eCommerce platforms, ensuring they felt engaging, intuitive and commercially effective across international markets.
Working closely with commercial and brand teams across Europe, I led the design and development of key digital initiatives, including the eLaboration Hub, a centralised toolbox of assets for global teams, and the Marionnaud Blog, a bilingual beauty content platform featuring tutorials, product stories and promotional content.
The work combined UX thinking, visual design and front-end development to deliver engaging digital experiences that strengthened the Group’s global eCommerce presence.
